We have been weblogging at the British School of Amsterdam since 2002 and were one of the first schools in the world to actively use weblogs as a means of communication. Weblogs are live websites usually displayed in chronological order. Originally used as an online diary, the weblogs have evolved at the British School into multimedia websites. Each class or subject has its own blog, updated by both the staff and students. Some of the blogs contain links to homework activities, recent events in the classrooms and news stories.
You can contribute by commenting on many of the blogs, although all the comments are moderated by the staff before being published.
